soy una chef mexicana profesional con una especialización en vinos del mundo, servicio de vino y maridaje, me titule como sommelier en san miguel de allende y tengo una experiencia de 10 años en el mundo culinario, me gusta compartir cocina tradicional mexicana y también con un toque gourmet a petición de mis clientes algún otro estilo de cocina internacional me gusta crear una experiencia gastronómica, ya sea con una temática o simplemente con maridaje en tus eventos .
I am a professional Mexican chef with a specialization in world wines, wine service and pairing. I graduated as a sommelier in San Miguel de Allende and I have 10 years of experience in the culinary world. I like to share traditional Mexican cuisine and also with a gourmet touch. At the request of my clients, some other style of international cuisine. I like to create a gastronomic experience, whether with a theme or simply with pairing at your events.

Gougères (French Cheese Balls) are small balls of choux pastry filled with cheese, crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. They are perfect as an appetizer or light starter
Salade Niçoise (Nice, France) ( Fresh tuna cubes, boiled egg, boiled potato, cooked corn, large tomato, black olives, anchovies, lettuce mix, olive oil, wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, salt and pepper)
