Chef María Luisa Fernández De La Rosa

I am a twenty two year’s old Chef, born and raised in Coatzacoalcos, Veracruz.

I start cooking since I was in primary school, during middle school I open a small business of macaroons and healthy bakings. Later on in High School I assisted to Class Afloat during a semester I was the main helper of the Chilean Chef.

Just after the boat by personal choice I became Vegan and later on Vegetarian so I got a lot of knowledge of this lifestyle in the kitchen, still love to cook plant based.

In 2019 I started my college career at Ambrosia the best culinary school in México located in Mexico City.

In 2020 (during pandemic) I move to Cancún and started working as a private chef with a very important family in one of the most expensive buildings in the hotel zone.

In 2021 I moved to Mexico City and worked in service at Em restaurant a project of Chef Lucho Martínez located in Roma Norte.

In 2022 I return to my hometown for personal things and practice my art of painting and being a florist.

Also in 2022 I was a private chef of a big family at Oaxaca for a month.

In 2023 I moved to Merida and started a career as a Dj endorsed by the Academia Bend and with the ambition of becoming a personal Chef and putting together of my arts in the scene.
