AMAZING! I recommend booking g with Luis, he was on time, clean, organized, prepared, polite. This experience made my boyfriend’s day for his 40th birthday! It was the best meal over ever had (we ordered ceviche, lobster entree and octopus entree)

Such an amazing way to start off my birthday. He was very professional and the food was so delicious! I tried something new and he did not disappoint. He also brought my favorite dessert and a sparkler which really made the moment sweet.

From the moment Luis arrived, everything was seamless. They took the time to understand our preferences and dietary restrictions, ensuring every dish was perfectly tailored to our tastes. Each course was beautifully presented and packed with incredible flavors. The attention to detail in both the cooking and presentation was beyond impressive. I absolutely would hire him again! Setting up for his arrival was smooth and his cooking skills truly shine in the food. His thorough explanations on ingredients and mixes really helped tie the dishes together. Everyone in my group had a great time. He was very professional but also felt like a friend was cooking for us.

Our experience with Chef Luis during our stay in Tulum was absolutely exceptional. From start to finish, he was incredibly professional, courteous, and made delicious food. The food was outstanding! We especially loved the dumplings, steak, and mashed potatoes, with carrots – every bite was flavorful and expertly prepared. You can tell Chef Luis puts great care into his dishes, and it made for such a memorable evening. I highly recommend engaging in this experience if you're staying in Tulum.

We had a really great experience with Luis. He was very accommodating in making slight changes to our selected dishes given our dietary restrictions. He explains the ingredients that went into each course. And each course was plated beautifully and was flavorful. For my main course, I had grilled fish, mashed potatoes, and a garden salad. I enjoyed everything, especially the grilled fish and the mashed potatoes. Overall, the experience was really great from start to finish.

We had an incredible night with Luis. Luis was very helpful and helping us plan our menu and was very communicative helping us plan our Christmas Eve. He decorated the table and then thoughtfully explained each course, the ingredients that went into it and how it applied to our location and his culinary history. Everything was plated beautifully, and the flavors were amazing. Probably our best meal of our stay.

Erfaren och trevlig kock som lagade god mat men som vi också hade en fin konversation med om Mexico och blandade ämnen. Han gjorde väldigt fint efteråt vilket är ett plus. Mycket rikliga portioner också samt flexibel vad gällde att välja derssert.

Don’t hesitate to book Luis!! He not only created a beautiful meal, he took the time to take us thru the ingredients, taught us about preparation, and the kitchen was spotless when he left! Beautiful stories and flavours!

Overall, it was a pleasant experience. The food had delicious, unique flavors, and the chef made great use of what was available to set up the table. He also cleaned the kitchen thoroughly after use, which was much appreciated.
