Passionate cook, I love to use top quality ingredients and to do magic with flavors. My mission is to make your experience unforgettable.
I am a cook, food stylist, cooking teacher and author of recipe books. I have been cooking since I can remember, thanks to the chef who inspired me, my father. Cooking is my gift and my passion. I do magic with real ingredients, and my dishes features bold and balanced flavors.
I am a traveler, detail-oriented, and curious.
I was born in Argentina so grilling is one of my specialties, I love using local and fresh ingredients, I enjoy cooking cuisine from around the world and I know how to cook for special diets such as keto, low carb, vegan, gluten-free, or dairy-free.
In 2012, I won the first prize in a cooking contest, which brought me to Cancun, Mexico. Since then I continue living in the Caribbean and enjoying beach life.
