Personal Chef En Puerto Vallarta
Chef Profesional, apasionado cocinero, comence mi formacion en el Instituto Gastronomico Belinglise, hace mas de 12 años.
Mi formacion laboral comenzo en el Hipodromo de las Americas bajo la enseñanza del Chef Mario Celis, comenzando como cocinero "b" y ascendiendo al puesto de Sous Chef.
Durante 4 años me laborando al cargo de 2 restaurantes, decidi buscar nuevas experiencias en el Area de Puerto Vallarta, trabajando en Hoteles de Gran Turismo, Villa del Palmar en Riviera Nayarit es uno de los principales en el cual estuve en el area de buffet.
Asi tambien trabaje en restaurantes de Playa y de cadena.
Combinado con el area de Restaurante, en el año 2009 comence una de mis grandes pasiones al descubrir mi gusto por la docencia, al transmitir mis experiencias y conocimientos adquiridos, siguiendo hasta la fecha de hoy trabajando en la Universidad Vizcaya de Las Americas Plantel Puerto Vallarta.
En busca de mas aprendizaje, tome un salon de eventos al cual dabamos servicio hasta 800 pax. en dos salas con menus de 3 a 4 tiempos.
He laborado como responsable de cocina en el evento de Formula 1 realizados en Octubre.
Dado el crecimiento, se me brinda la oportunidad de trabajar en villas en el area de Punta de Mita, en lugares como Four seasons y villas en el area de la Punta.
Manteniendo asi la oportumidad de ser profesor y dar a conocer nuestra propuesta gastronomica a los extranjeros que llegan de visita a nuestras Playas.
A lo largo de mi carrera he tenido la fortuna de trabajar con Chefs de renombre como Chef Olivier Lombard, Chef Regis Lacombe, Chef Mario Celis, Chef Gilles Rollet, todos miembros de Vatel Club.
