¡Hola Soy Gus! Chef colombiano con más de 10 años de experiencia. Mi primer gran sueño ha sido compartir mi vida junto a la cocina viviendo en diferentes regiones del mundo, conociendo culturas, tradiciones, la historia de cada gastronomía y los secretos de cada platillo y lo he logrado.
