Me encanta crear experiencias gastronómicas inolvidables con mis propias manos, tengo un profundo respeto por los productos, los clientes y la cocina.
Soy Cocinera de corazón, nacida en Oaxaca y he recorrido gran parte del territorio nacional en busca de los sabores más finos, los ingredientes más propios y los secretos mejor guardados de México.
Mi cocina es ahora una mezcla de mis viajes y experiencias, tengo un repertorio internacional que te va a encantar, cada platillo muestra una técnica excepcional, ingredientes de primera, gran sabor y mucho corazón.
Tengo especialidad en cubrir requerimientos alimenticios específicos: veganos, vegetarianos, post operatorios, celíacos, intolerantes a la lactosa, hipertensos, diabéticos, y más.
