I am chef with 5 years of experience in Mexican, Spanish and a little Italian food, I have been from cook to chef in charge of a Spanish restaurant. I enjoy every time I cook and I do it with the purpose of giving you a unique experience in each bite. There is nothing like the satisfaction of knowing that what I cook was to the taste of the diner.
