I am passionate about food and travel, I have been a chef in Canada and Mexico, I cooked in Alaska, I lived in NYC, Montreal, Bern, Tokyo and many Mexican states. In each of my trips I have been able to collect and taste flavors that merge with my kitchen, with a thousand stories to tell, eager to make my guests happy after each bite, I have cooked in the homes of millionaires and celebrities, always with The total satisfaction of my clients.
In recent months I have been the chef of two restaurants simultaneously, learning to the fullest in terms of vegan food.
My specialty is Mexican and Japanese food, which comes from mils grandmothers, my grandfather from Sweden I learned the trade, Chef and sailor, my grandfather lived in Mexico for many years commanding restaurants in Mexico City, Acapulco and Cuernavaca.
My passion is based on my whole life of travel and food.
Soy un apasionado de la comida y los viajes, he sido chef en Canadá y en México, cociné en Alaska, viví en NYC, Montreal, Berna, Tokio y muchos estados de México. En cada uno de mis viajes he podido recaudar y probar sabores que se fusionan con mi cocina, con mil historias que contar, con muchas ganas de que mis comensales sean felices después de cada bocado, He cocinado en casas de millonarios y famosos, siempre con la satisfacción total de mis clientes.
En los últimos meses he sido chef de dos restaurantes simultáneamente, aprendiendo al máximo en cuanto a comida vegana.
Mi especialidad son la comida mexicana y japonesa, que proviene de mils abuelas, de mi abuelo de Suecia aprendí el oficio, Chef y marinero, mi abuelo residió en México por muchos años comandando restaurantes en la ciudad de México, Acapulco y Cuernavaca.
Mi pasión se basa en toda mi vida de viajes y comidas.
