I was raised by my grandfather who did not know how to cook but learned the art to keep me fed properly and healthy. This grew into his new found passion. Then it turned into mine. My grandfather sent me to a culinary school called ESMUD. I won 2 awards for the most original in the paella and the other for 2nd place at the international chili cook off held in San Miguel De allende.
