I was born in Mexico, since I was little I felt the passion for cooking. While growing, I've learned the different culinary and food preparation techniques. I love my mexican roots but I have vast experience in international cooking. For over a decade, I had a very special interest in the Caribbean food. I lived in Cuba and Dominican Republic and this has given me the opportunity to play and mix the flavors creating new exotic and delicious dishes

Chef Raul as very attentive and friendly. You can tell he truly loves his craft and was detailed in his preparation and presentation of the food. He truly cared about our dining experience and prepared a BEAUTIFUL meal with authentic local ingredients and dishes. Chef Raul exceeded our expectations and presented a variety of delicious entrees and sides. He worked so hard and we appreciate what he prepared for us. He is a true professional and master of his craft, and he is a super nice man. Thank you, Chef Raul, for a special and memorable experience!!

Raul was amazing. He was so nice and accommodating! He even went to the store to get napkins! But the food- it was delicious and unique. I ate foods I never ate before and it was amazing. He cooked so much food too! We have enough to last us for a long time. Such a special experience
