I am a Clinical Psychologist graduated from the UNEV school of psychology, I have been passionate about many things but I never eat in the kitchen for that reason, I am a professional chef with more than 5 years of experience, I was the owner of my own restaurant and I have worked in different restaurants with high quality standards, I am passionate about cooking and I show it in each dish, one surpassing the other, my dishes tend to be colorful and delicate with a unique and different flavor, I try to apply good techniques but always giving it my personal distinctive. My goal will always be for my guests to enjoy my food.
