Chef Torsten started his culinary journey over 30 years ago. He has worked internationally, including Michelin starred restaurants and made Costa Rica his home 13 years ago, working with his own company doing dinners for celebrities and catering for weddings on the beautiful beaches of Costa Rica. His main focus is working with the richness of local ingredients for his dishes, based on Central American recipes creating a modern interpretation of local cuisine
