Chef Tito Borge

Hi I'm Tito Borge and I would love to share my passion for food with you.

I am lucky to have lived in the beautiful Manuel Antonio my whole life, where I enjoy this stunning natural environment and get to meet people from all different cultures around the world.

I learned about great food firstly from my mom, who for years has been feeding my family and friends with honest, home-cooked, and natural Costa Rican dishes, making the most of our local and seasonal fruits, vegetables and seafood. Later in life I spent time in Canada where I picked up more international recipes and techniques, but in whatever I cook I always try to let the 'love' shine through that my mom always taught me.
