I am a chef with 7 years of experience. Studied my professional career at the CTS Costa Rica University while working at Enboca restaurant. I am skilled in molecular and avant -garde techniques. I love to find, select and utilize each ingredient, create new recipes, and take each meal on a gastronomic adventure.
Soy un chef con 7 años de experiencia. Estudie mi carrera professional en la universidad CTS Costa Rica, mientras trabajaba en el restaurante Enboca. Aprendì cocina molecular y cocina de vanguardia. Me encánta seleccionar y aprovechar cada ingrediente al máximo, crear nuevas recetas, y llevar a cada comensal a una aventura gastronomica.
