My husband and I moved to Playa Tamarindo 31 years ago. We had a pop up small plates restaurant Platitos before we opened the Sunset Lounge with a revolving menu of recipes from around the world. 13 years ago we started Sunset Catering offering concierge service, private dinners for families visiting Guanacaste, and catering weddings and other special events in our beautiful beachfront garden at Casa Los Olivos.
