Chef Privado En San JoséI am a 34-year-old chef who graduated from the gastronomic school of Executive Chef Oscar Castro O'sullivan where I studied for +3 years. My internships abroad marked the before and after of my prospects for where I want to go as a chef. The Potus restaurant at the Hotel Augusta in Galicia filled me with flavors and fresh combinations, the best seafood in the area and lots of good vibes! After 6 months in the Galicia my adventure led me to be part of one of the best restaurants in the world... Disfrutar located in Barcelona where I found a new world the ¨emotional cuisine¨ After this amazing experience I´m super excited to be here back in Costa Rica where I want to share with you my lovely clients a little of what I have learned in your tables, it will be a pleasure to serve you, ¡PURA VIDA!
