I am a profesional chef with more than 12 years of experience. Travelled around the world including one of the best food destinations "Peru" and worked in on of the best restaurants in the world called MAIDO. I have opened two restaurants in Italy one is in Como other one is in Torino as a leading Chef. After completing these projects i have moved to Toronto to take a position as a Sous Chef of one Michelin starred restaurant called alo. Currently i am working freelance and sharing my experience and knowledge through my plates.
