After my last work experience in Tuscany in the 5 star hotel of the Allianz insurance company in a project of the 12 Michelin star chef, the second most starred chef in the world, I decided to work as a home chef. I am a Chef with 10 years of experience in Italian and French cuisine and very familiar with international cuisine such as oriental cuisine. My 10 year experience is completed with knowledge of pastry making and bread and pizza production. I worked for 10 years in restaurants and pizzerias, Belgium and Italy in 3 Michelin star hotels and restaurants. I winner best bread of Italy 2023 in Rome in Italy and cuisine and health in Milan in 2019.
