My name is Sthokoziso and I am a young and recently graduated chef from Prue Leith Culinary Institute. I have approximately 2 years of industry experience as well as First aid and fire safety, City and Guilds accreditation and I am trade test competent.
I am very passionate about food, food trends and gastronomy. I am a good leader, a team player and I have good food preparation skills. I love taking people on a culinary journey with my art and skills. I have very good interpersonal skills making it a delight for me to communicate and present my menu and ideas to people.
