I am very creative and ambitious chef with 20 years work experience in kitchen, administration and sales . I received my diploma from City and Guilds in 2002. I pay attention to small details. I enjoy working with people and find this extremely fulfilling. I always give of my best to my clients and will never decline a challenge. I love problem solving and working through those challenges. I enjoy working and excel in the cold kitchen, pastry kitchen and banqueting.
