I am a professional cook with 5 years experience based in South Africa, studied Hospitality Management at Damelin College Pty Ltd for 3 years straight after high school, graduated and started my first job in 2012 at The Wanderers Club as a Junior Banquet Chef for 2 years while studying, then worked at the Peech Boutique hotel for a year during my full-time studying.

After my graduation, I went off to work for an amazing catering company called The Culinary Workshop where my love for authentic SA meals began, thereafter working for other various places such as The Living Room and Astrotech Conference Centre.

I learnt cooking at home from my father, he loved to cook, it was from the heart when he did but professionally, the first place was Wanderers Club.
