I am a well rounded Chef and a qualified pastry chef, I have done numerous fine dining dinners for many clients using different cooking methods and bringing forth my knowledge across various different culture.
If you want a specific style be it, Italian, French, Spanish, Mediterranean to name but a few, as i am an exceptionally talented chef.
My favorite course is dessert, so be prepared to be wow'ed..
If there are specific dietry requirements please specify as i also do Vegan and Vegetarian Dinners.
I am also a skilled baker and like baking bread fresh at different clients homes.
Why i love patisserie is that it allows one to use all ingredients in a pastry based way, sweet or savory. It all depends on you and your outlook on how you define it.
