Private Chef In VanderbijlparkI started cooking at the age of ten and it become one of my chores at home. Learning from my grandmother's cook books and her Sunday lunches. I took on an apprenticeship with Buitenverwachteng, a wine farm with a 5 start fine dinning restaurant, headed by Executive chef Edgar Osjnik. Three years of training and finished at a Culinary chef school in Cape Town. I love Italian cuisine including the food from Africa. I enjoy bistro Cafe style food. I have traveled to the far east China to develop a western bistro restaurant in Jinhua Zhengzhou Province.
