I am Professional Chef with world taste. When I say worldly, I do not mean well-travelled. I have been to only one country outside of my own. However, I am very fortunate to have met people have come from far and wide who have shared their culture with me; who have shared their food with me. I experience the world through food and I create an experience with my food, everytime.
