I am a professional chef and have been in the industry for 8 years with south African 7 colors experiences and a love for Bush food ,started my career as an apprentice for Chef Markus bazinger at catering concepts for 3 yearand move on to hotel work as a line cook for another 3 and finally when I knew when I wanted to be have been cooking in a safari lodge working with venison and outdoor cooking feeling nature and nurture come together and would love to share those experiences with others
