Private Chef In PaarlI am a 23 years old female chef ready to make a statement I been in the industry for 5 years now. I graduated from Capsicum Culinary Arts study in rosebank Johannesburg. In those 3years I got the amazing opportunity to work with some of South Africans best chefs in the industry. My first year in the Industry I got training and mentoring from Chef Reuben Riffle were shortly after I got hired in his Johannesburg branch where I competed at the Jacaranda Cooking show and places 3rd . I transferred to Reuben’s Cape Town branch and work for a while there until returning back to Johannesburg were I got chosen to be a Chef of a TV competition based in Cape Town Called Shefhuis were I worked with Chef Bertus Basson and placed 2nd runner up .Currently still based in Cape Town where I am still employed at Tuk-Tuk microbrewery in franschhoek.
