Chef Tshiamiso Moatlhodi

I Tshiamiso am a freshers Chef with 4 months experience in the industry,

I studied with Chef Training & Innovation Academy in RSA, also after studying my foundation in Food and Prep,

I received a placement in a 5 Star Safari Lodge, then I moved to Sun International

to continue upskilling my experience in a bigger Hotel,

with an increased number of Guest I.e. where I learned mass food production,

I then went back to studying to become a Culinary Arts Chef where I learned different international cuisines,

However, I am now a qualified Culinary Arts Chef by distinction and proud of myself,

to have gone through the journey of opening up my mind to new, flavour, taste, aromas, and different ingredients.
