Passionate about following the practices of french style cookery and blending it with fusion gastronomy

I am a professionally trained cordons bleus chef with an incredible amount of international travel experience. I was a VIP private flight attendant for many years abroad and was fortunate enough to experience food and flavour from a wide selection of different countries and cultures. Today you will find me in hot kitchens and bakeries perfecting my craft and growing my love for cooking and baking.
