I am a young, eager, and passionate chef who enjoys bringing ideas and creativity to life on a plate.
I am a professional chef who studied at HTA Culinary School, specializing in fine dining and French cuisine. I am versatile in my cooking, with experience preparing dishes for various events and individual clients.
I have worked in mainstream restaurants such as The Saint in Sandton, Proud Mary in Rosebank, and the Marriott Hotel in Melrose Arch. I have also worked in Mpumalanga at the Sabi Sands Private Game Reserve as head chef, cooking at two separate 5-star lodges where I curated delicious food.
I enjoy working in both high-pressure environments and laid-back Sunday luncheons. There’s nothing like bringing friends and family together through food.
