I studied at Capsicum Culinary Studios, obtaining a City and Guilds Certificate in food and preparation. I've worked in 2 of the great Liam Tomlins Restaurants professionally and as a student/commis alongside Matt Manning throughout my career. I have a great knowledge in different cuisines and I'm always looking at different ideas to execute.
