An enthusiastic, hard working food connoisseur, with a lifetime of experience in the catering industry.
I have been a professional shef for 38 years, of which 16 of those years was as the executives shef for the Rand Club, the elite club of South Africa.
Represented South Africa in Paris in the Mondial Du chef Du coollective and was placed four internationally 2008.
at present I am contracted to a number of boutique hotels.
