I am a Consumer Scientist with a keen eye for detail in food. With over 7 years in the food industry I have gained knowledge on various cuisines having worked with chefs at 9th Avenue Waterside (nee Bistro) in Durban and The Tasting Room in Waterkloof. I am well versed in wines with a Fundamentals of Wine certification. I studies 4 years as a Consumer Scientist with a focus on recipe development, experimentation and cultural eating patterns. I've cooked for as long as I can talk and that is a long time
