I am a professional chef who is well conversant in an array of cuisines. I have worked in a variety of food settings from food trucks, music festivals, prime-time television to being a private chef.
This experience has allowed me to learn and be easily adaptable to different cooking styles.
I started cooking at a very tender age, so it has always been food for me.
