The name is Chef Tamuka I'm a French trained Chef with over 13 years of experience working in high end restaurants and hotels across the globe I'm an individual with high standards that pays a great deal of attention to detail, I love sourcing the best ingredients while keeping up-to-date with modern food trends, my passion for cooking has taken me to place like Egypt, France and Italy just to name a few which has allowed me to pick up a multicultural understanding of food and cuisine.
