I am a Demi Chef de partie. I studied food and beverage management at Peace Talk college. I did my learner ship practical's at Sunny side hotel for a period of one year, I later occupied the position of a Commis Chef for seven years at Emperor's Palace Queen of the Night restaurant and also occupied the position of a Junior Chef at Grace Land Casino. For the past five years I have been doing contract Chef jobs for Cruise ships, Namely Ociana Cruise ship and Princess Cruise ship.
