I am a professional chef of 10 years. I have international experience in Italian and Mediterranean cuisine where I worked in Montenegro for 2 years at the One&Only Portonovi. I have also worked at the One&Only Cape Town for the past few years and am able to cook any type of cuisine as I have a vast variety of food knowledge and have worked with some of the top South African Chefs.
