I have a passion for the hospitality industry and enjoy catering to the needs and wants of others. Food is an expression of that to me.
I am a professional chef with a two year Distinction Diploma of Education at Sense of Taste Chef School internationally accredited by Highfield International UK. I have since been a shared business owner of a street food restaurant, cooking as chef, which was on the spectrum of show cooking as it was a dark open kitchen, Urban Playground. Aswel as exposure in the fine dining scene of a plated, top 20 restaurant, Aubergine Restaurant.
I enjoy the journey of life and often find myself not limiting myself to one set road in obtaining the outcome I would like. I believe things happen for a reason and instead of resisting the flow of things because something didn't quite happen as you thought, surrender yourself to the present journey of your life because everything works out in the end.
A positive narrative for one by one is important to the existence of a happy life.
