My name is Sihle Xiniwe better known Casso, 23 year old professional private chef, food stylist, and industry chef. I can describe myself hard working and risk taking young professional who toke a bold choices within pursuing my career as a individual from the age of 17 years old. Due to great levels of dedication and passion i had to showcase a philosophy I knew I was gifted.
At the age of 19 after my formal classical cookery training at the International Hotel School I was picked from a range of chef to represent South Africa at the African Young Chefs at Nigeria. Were I would compete with range of African young competitors. After battle against range of talented chefs i managed to bring back home 2 gold medals( Best Appetizer and Participant) and overall, Silver Medal (2nd Spot). Basically got noticed 2nd Best Young African Chef.
