I have been mentored by Chef Edward Clegg from the SA culinary team and I have over 8 years of industry experience and I have worked in Egypt and Malta as a Chef. My culinary qualifications further support my expertise in the field.
My knowledge of international and local cuisines give me an edge that help me to create and execute dining experiences for my clients that you can definitely ride home about and will forever remember as not only a fine experience but a taste of warmth and love in every bite.
