I am a full time entrepreneur, chef, food stylist and photographer, passionate about food and a love for surfing.
I am a entrepreneur in the local food industry, offering my skills as a chef in the form of private dining, catering, and food styling for commercial audiences. I worked as a a chef for 10 years, both locally and internationally, before settling back in SA where I have owned a number of food industry related businesses. Having recently rebranded my business to Cream Food Agency, I offer bespoke dining experiences which includes a digital recording of your experience. Not only will you receive exquisite food, but your memories preserved in high quality images too. I specialise in local cuisine with a refreshing international flavour to it.
