Private Chef In Cape TownI am a qualified chef that has been in the industry for 2 years. I studied at Silwood School of Cookery in Cape Town and I graduated with a Grande Diplome qualification.
Since I graduated I have been working at La Colombe restaurant on Contantia Nek and I am currently taking a break from professional kitchens to get creative in the private chef side of the industry.
I am classically trained in French cooking but I love fusing what I have learnt at Silwood with international flavours, Asian Fusion being my favourite.
