I define myself as a rare type of a female Chef, i believe that am that secret ingredient in a certain dish that always makes people to come for more
Am a qualified and professional chef with 6 years experience in the hospitality industry,i went to school at Ekurhuleni east college in Springs in 2015,then did various culinary courses at the South African Chefs Association in 2017-2018.Started working at Serengeti wildlife estate as a junior chef for 3months.I then needed more challenge in my life then worked at Emperors palace as a commis chef from 2017-2019, For a period of 3 months we got a contract to work at Ekland safaris in Louis Trichard doing international cuisines as a chef de partie from 2019 February to April 2019.In June the same year i got a another job as a chef de partie at Serengeti wildlife estate doing Ala carte and functions till 2020 June.Am currently a Chef de partie at Apogee Boutique Hotel which is a 5star Hotel and we do fine dining.
