I am a professional chef with City & Guilds Diplomas in Culinary Arts and Patisserie, my academic background serves as a solid foundation for my industry experience. My professional journey is marked by extensive hands-on training and practical knowledge gained at Premier Hotel O.R. Tambo and OKO OKO, where I worked across various culinary aspects, gaining valuable expertise in menu planning, recipe development, and food presentation. As a former Kitchen Manager my leadership and management skills have been sharpened though diverse responsibilities ranging from ensuring kitchen cleanliness to overseeing mise en place and equipment maintenance and refining my skills in the hot and cold section ,my versatility in the kitchen is a testament of my unweaving commitment and passion for culinary arts
