I completed my studies in Advanced Patisserie with City and Guilds at Prue Leith Culinary Institute and Professional Cookery with CTH Recognition at the International Hotel School. I was employed at Open Foods (a L'Oreal Paris event), Pantry Marble, and Saint Restaurant. I was a bartender for Thirst Bar Services as well. I recently provided catering for the Italian Embassy's event with Prue Leith Culinary Institute.
