I am a professional Chef with 10 years working experience and 2.5 years culinary education with Capsicum Culinary Studio.
I have worked in various restaurants all through south Africa. From the Sabi Sands Game Reserve to the Winelands of the western cape.
My most recent place of work was with Nederburg Wines in Paarl, Western Cape as their Head Chef.
I am left industry work a few months back to pursue a position withing the small family business. But I am extremely passionate about food and cooking and a variety of cuisine, that I would like to find a way to allow myself opportunities to still create greate food and experiences.
I am currently 31 years old with a great desire to continue cooking in my current capacity.
