Prior to my hotel experience, I worked at a bakery called Fournos Bakery, where I mastered the art of traditional baking and pastry-making. I gained invaluable experience in crafting artisanal breads, pastries, and desserts that delighted customers and exceeded expectations.

Most recently, I worked at La Boqueria, where I specialized in crafting delicious pizzas that showcased my creativity and flair. From classic margherita to gourmet toppings, I developed a passion for combining flavors and ingredients to create truly unforgettable dishes.
