Personal Chef In RoodepoortOnalenna Pebe's culinary career began early in 2011, inspired by his parents and their love and respect for quality and tradition. After graduating from the South West Gauteng College Onalenna sought opportunities to further develop his creativity.
Onalenna culinary repertoire flourished during an internship under Chef Thomas Schmid at Crowne Plaza Hotel in Rosebank Johannesburg, followed by Marble Restaurant as Commi Chef, where he developed and refined his culinary techniques.
He proceeded at Four Seasons Hotel 5* in Johannesburg where he served as Demi Chef Partie.
Onalenna moved to Grootbos Private Nature Reserve in Western Cape taking on the position of Chef De Parte
After spending 1 year with the Grootbos Private Nature Reserve, Onalenna went on to take the role of Inflight chef at Qatar Airways. (Doha)
