I am an enthusiastic, lively and happy individual who truly finds happiness with being in the kitchen and really stepping out of my comfort zone!
I am a qualified Chef who has 7 years of experience. From when I was studying, I was working at a catering company part time. I thereafter worked at Gold Circle, Spar and Lifeziwe LLK Events, which all do catering for large scale people. I then went to New York and worked as a Line Cook at an all inclusive hotel for a year where my passion was further ignited! I cooked different fine dining foods from guests all around the world which was quite an experience!
