Being in the kitchen is my happy place, I enjoy playing around with different ideas and creating exquisite dishes for my clients.
I am a hospitality management graduate from the Swiss Hotel school in Randburg. I am well equipped from each and every hotel department from Front of House to Back of House, Finance, Hr and Business and Economics.
My cooking experiences grew throughout my first and 2nd year of studying immensely as I have ventured into head Chef Jobs aswell as trained and managed unqualified staff and coordinate their menus, prep stations etc.
